How can I place my sausage order?

Simply shop our online store, add items to your cart, and checkout. If you would like to place an order over the phone, simply call us at 979-531-0888 and ask to speak with someone in our mail order department. We are available from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.

 

Can I ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?

Yes, but we can only ship jerky, survival sticks and seasonings to military addresses.

How do I ship to an APO/FPO?

Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How much is shipping?

Shipping depends on where the product is being shipped, the weight of the items being purchased and the type of items being purchased. Our website will calculate the shipping charge when you are checking out. Please note: when you add sausage, summer sausage, tenderloins or brisket to your shopping cart, a one-time $15 special handling fee is added to your shipping cost to cover special packaging costs for these items (i.e. dry ice, ice packs, coolers, etc.).

How do I reach customer service?

Simply click on the Contact Us button at the top of the web page and send us an email. If you need to speak to someone immediately, you can call us at 979-531-0888, and ask to speak with a manager. We are available from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.

What credit cards do you accept as payment?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How do you ship the product?

We use UPS to ship all of our orders.

On what days do you ship?

We ship jerky, survival sticks, dried sausage and seasonings every day of the week. If you order a perishable product (sausage, summer sausage, tenderloins or brisket) that needs to stay cold, we will typically wait until the following Monday to ship in order to make sure the product does not have to sit over the weekend before it is delivered.

How will I know when my order will be delivered?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number which can be used to find the expected delivery date.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not typically ship to P.O. Boxes, as we cannot guarantee the freshness of the product or the timeliness of its delivery. If you do not have any other means of receiving a package, please call us at 979-531-0888 to discuss other shipping options. Depending on what products you would like to order, we may be able to accommodate you.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

NO. Due to different duties and import taxes charged by various countries, we do not ship outside the United States except for military addresses.

Do any of your products contain MSG?

None of our link sausages, survival sticks, briskets or tenderloins contain MSG. Both turkey jerkys as well as the Sweet and Spicy Beef Jerky do not contain MSG. Our summer sausage does contain MSG. Our beef jerky marinade contains a trace amount of MSG, therefore the rest of the flavors of beef jerky contain MSG through the marinade only.

How should I care for my meat once I receive it?

Sausage, summer sausage, tenderloins and briskets should be refrigerated or frozen upon delivery. If not eaten within two weeks of delivery, we recommend freezing the product. Jerky and survival sticks should be eaten within a week of opening the package. We recommend leaving the meat enclosed in its original package, and although not required, placing in the refrigerator to retain the best quality (this will help prevent the product from excessively drying out or becoming greasy.)

How do you cook link sausage?

Link sausage just needs to be heated up. You can place it on a grill, boil it in water for around fifteen minutes or place in a bowl with a little water, saran wrap top and microwave for about five minutes.

How do I reheat brisket?

You simply wrap them in saran wrap and bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours and then slice and serve.

What is your return policy?

We want every customer to be satisfied with the product they receive. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the products you ordered, please inform us immediately. We will be happy to replace the product or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
